Looking for housemates to live with (prefer female) (Yongdungpo, Mapo and Yongsan etc..., South Korea)

Would you like to live in a high rise or greater apartment than to live in a small place? I'm also looking for a apartment, villa, officetel or something stuff like a little bit nicer one. I saw several houses to share with others, but most of the places are very small or rooftop style. I don't want to live like that. I saw several apartment which have 3 beds and 2 baths near subway line 5 or line 1, especially yeouido, mapo or youngsan, ichon etc. The price is not that high as we've thought. I can pay the key money which is a huge deposit up to KRW 30M. For the monthly payment, we can separate it reasonably.
