Hello there,

I'm actually subleting this apartment right now as well but I thought I would help my roommate out and put up a post. I actually just found another place so there are 2 rooms open. She prefers someone in their twenties but other ages are cool. You can move in after April 4th and you can stay until the fall or so. My roommate is of Korean nationality but grew up in the States. She usually lives in this apartment with her boyfriend but he will be abroad until the end of July. One room is bigger than the other. The larger one is 400,000 won while the smaller is 350,000 won. There is a deposit involved that you will get back when you leave. The apartment is a pretty good size. There is wi-fi in the living room and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. There is a bath tub though.
