you might think this one is not that good cause it's cheaper than what you expect~ but it's pretty ok and has enough space~
All utilities are included (High speed internet, hydro, electronic, etc..you just need to pay 250,000, a month)

The room is FURNISHED with a bed, a desk, a coat hanger which is big enough to hang on your all colthes~, a drawer~, and spacious
All kitchen stuffs are ready to be used.
