Hey, a room has just become available in a nice three bedroom apartment near New Phillies in Haebangchon. It is a middle-sized room (not too small), fully furnished and clean. The current tenant is moving closer to work but there are two, super nice male flatmates staying on! No key money (bonus!!!), 350,000 per month + utilities. Internet is wireless. The apartment is on the third floor with a nice living area, well equipped kitchen and NO HILL! 10 mins to Noksapyeong Station and close to buses, shops and beer!
