Im finishing up my time here in Seoul and moving out of my apartment on the 17th of November. The apartment is brand new and I am the first person to live in the room.

The Room: It is a large room with a beautiful view and fully furnished. One side of the room is a large window which can slide open for fresh air. The other side is a desk and closet with some book shelves. Like I said I am the first peson to live in the room so everything is fresh and new. I have only lived in the apartment for 3 months as my contract is finishing and I am goign back to school in January.

The Apartment: Located a 5 minute walk to the SEOUL NATIONAL UNIVERSITY SUBWAY STATION Its is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms on the 9th floor of a brand new building. The lease is under a great 25 year old Korean Graduate student at Seoul University. English is excellent and really great guy. The apartment is about 45 pyong and is fully furnished with flat screen t.v. wireless internet, sofas, dishes etc....... Just bring your clothing or if you have some extra kitchen gear the more the merrier. The bathroom is brand new and all is clean.

I work in Kangnam and it takes under 20 minutes to get there.

Price is 500,000 a month including all bills. There might be a little surcharge in the winter when the electricity bills get really expensive but not too much.

Plus 1 million key money.
