There's a room available in Haebangchon from December 20th until February 18th 2008 or even a little longer. Its in a 3 bedroom apartment (you will share the apartment with an american guy and a korean-american girl).
The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, big closet, cupboard and office chair.
There's also a cozy living room and nice kitchen. All the things you need for a short term stay are provided. Its located about 12 away from Noksapyeong station close to the Buy the Way and Woori Mart if you know the area. There’s a bus stop for the community bus right in front of the house.
The rent is 300.000 each month with all the utilities included!!! So no extra payments necessary (except if you use the phone a lot). If you pay a deposit or all in advance it can even be negotiable).
