I presently share my 3-bedroom townhouse with 2 other females, both Korean ESL students, both wonderful, and one returning to Seoul at the end of March. I have one space open for April 1 (can accommodate you from March 1 if needed), and a second space open for July 13, 2008. I am happy to help with conversation or questions about homework; I am a patient listener and an expert in English. Enjoy a private bedroom upstairs (furnished including bedding, desk, lamp, TV, radio, dresser, mirror, closet with hangers), fully equipped kitchen and dining room (cook whatever you like whenever you like), living room with a stereo and a good piano that you are welcome to play, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a back yard. Seven-minute walk to great grocery shopping. Ten-minute walk to an indoor pool. Ten-minute bus ride to South Keys Mall. Safe, family neighbourhood. Quiet, peaceful household. Close to O-Train; on bus routes 40, 142 and 144. Near Bank St. and St. Bernard, K1T 1T5. Allergy warning: House contains two cats and one smoker. Rent is $440 per month per room including heat, hydro, phone, cable TV and wireless Internet. Parking available at $40 a month. References available from both my Korean students. Females only. Minimum stay is 3 months. Last month's rent required to hold the room. Thank you!
