Location: naman mountain near itaewon
Type of housing: older (but clean) style house
Cost: 200,000
Date available: February 25th

I just put the payment on a nice 2 bedroom house 10min walk from NOKSAPYEONG station (down the hill). It's a 15min walk to the Itaewon strip.

Availability Date:
February 25th

House details:
2 bedroom, each room 10 x 10
living room, small sized (couch, tv, coffee table)
kitchenette (sink, stove, small fridge)
balcony with view - spectacular view of Mountain (although they put in non-transparent, stained glass instead of see thru - a total mystery to me)
private entrance way into
a bit of a hill climb to get to apartment
washer, no dryer
aircon
broadband ready
Old style House but walls and floors are clean
bathtub!

Rent details:
Only 200,000/month plus 50% utilities
1.5 million deposit (I pay 5 mill) so my computer doesn't walk.
No Contract Obligation (you can leave anytime. 1.5mill returned when you leave) Require 1 month notice prior to leave.
I've reduced 2nd person's rent (I pay 300,000) with the understanding that the place has got to remain clean. Dirty dishes can result in bug problems Smile Also, the kitchen and place is small so eating out has to be a prereq. Only light prep stuff is available for the kitchen. My logic is that the rent is so cheap that you can eat out anytime (me included). No woking with won in this place.

Prereqs
Professional People only plz. I'd prefer Uni teachers or other work professionals.
Constantly Clean
Agree to do lighter cooking ONLY in kitchenette (steak and potatoes are an example of light prep). I'vehad roommates turn kitchen's into restaurant kitchens.
**If someone really needs to do heavy cooking, then 250,000 month renthttp://http://forums.eslcafe.com/korea/viewtopic.php?p=1530162#1530162 »
