Hi! I was trying to plan to come to Korea to complete an internship for school to be a private english tutor to students from January 2nd - February 15th (7 weeks). I'm looking for a nice housing arrangement for that time period. I'm generally looking to be located in the center of everything, where nothing is too far away so it will be easy for me to get around the city. The area also must be a safe one, especially if I'm going to be doing some city exploring, finding my tutees houses and everything. Furnishings would be nice to have since I will only be there for a short time.
I would be willing to look into a studio, homestay arrangement or arrangement with a room mate. Females only. And speaking english would be nice too. I do speak some Korean as well. :]

Since the time period is 7 weeks, I would pay January and February months rent.
