A fully-furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Apgujeon, Seoul is available for sublet from November 1st 2008 to March 31st 2009. Rent is KRW 850,000 per month (not including gas and electricity). Located in a quiet spot just off Garosu-gil but with lots of shops and restaurants in the area. 3 min walk to bus station, 5 min to Sinsa subway and 8 min to Apgujeon subway.

Me and my wife have been living here for over a year so it is fully furnished with fridge, air conditioner, internet, TV, etc.

We are going away for 5 months and we are looking for clean, responsible and respectful person(s) for sublet. Sorry, but no smoking and no pets. Subletting for fewer than 5 months is not preferred but possible depending on the situation.
