Barbie Extra dolls were one of the best selling Barbie dolls in 2020, so it's not surprising that in the new year we'll see a continuation of the collection. New Barbie Extra dolls 2021 will be released through summer-fall. And as with previous dolls in the new package is a funny pet with stylish accessories.
