The doll will be available for purchase at SDCC 2025, taking place from July 24 to 27. Mattel will have a display at Booth #3029, but the doll itself will be sold at the Mattel merchandise booth (#2945). A limited number of Twyla dolls will also be released on the Mattel Creations website following the event here.

The Monster High Skullector Sweet Screams Twyla doll features a highly stylized design with pastel and dark color contrasts. Her hair is styled in two voluminous mint-green curly puffs with lavender and purple streaks, topped with a black party hat that has a dripping design and a sculpted pink bunny figure. Her makeup includes elaborate painted details around the eyes in the shape of candy swirls and drips, as well as bold lipstick.
Twyla wears a layered dress made of purple and deep plum tulle with black accents and candy motifs. Her accessories include peppermint-themed earrings, a lollipop-shaped necklace, and a translucent blue handbag with a skull design resembling a wrapped candy. She has one black-gloved hand and detailed leg markings. Her shoes are platform heels with sculpted details and translucent parts.
The doll comes with a small, sculpted purple bunny companion (Dustin) with a striped party hat, a plastic display stand, and a themed illustration card featuring Twyla in her "Sweet Screams" look.
