The preorder for Ping drops on April 25, 2026. Here are all the essential details you need before the launch.
New information has been posted on the Wild Childz website regarding doll delivery timelines, as well as the pre-order policy.
Previously, stories indicated that dolls would ship in July–August of this year, but the website now states that shipments are expected in fall–winter 2026.
According to the pre-order policy:
Production and shipping timelines are subject to change.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds are not available.
Dreamcleod is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including production delays, transportation issues, or global supply chain disruptions.
By completing a purchase, the buyer is deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions.
Doll Specifications
Ping features saran hair fiber for optimal styling and play. The face-up utilizes Tampo Printing and Mask Spraying techniques to ensure consistent, high-quality details on every doll.
Pricing and Shipping
The doll is priced at $32.94 plus shipping and handling. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Where to Order
The preorder will launch on the Wild Childz website. From there, you will be directed to the Shopify platform to complete your order. The preorder link will be posted on their story 2 hours before the drop. Official preorder photos will be available on the Wild Childz site, with additional photos accessible on the Shopify checkout page.
