Miraculous Stellar Force Anime inspired Ladybug spinoff series

Miraculous Corp, in collaboration with Disney Branded Television, will release an anime adaptation of the Ladybug and Cat Noir series. The spin-off will be called Miraculous Stellar Force.
This will be the first original spin-off of the Miraculous Ladybug franchise. The authors promise fully hand-drawn 2D animation, as opposed to the 3D drawing of the main franchise. The location of the action from Paris will be moved to Tokyo. The story will be about 12 high school students who become custodians of the Stellar Weapons, an ancient extraterrestrial weapon. The artifacts will give them superpowers to protect the city from aliens and an aggressive secret organization.

The first season of Miraculous Stellar Force will consist of 26 episodes of 22 minutes each. It is scheduled to premiere in the fall 2025 with special episode, and full release of the series later in 2027.
Set at an international school in the Japanese capital, “Miraculous Stellar Force” follows 12 students who discover they are guardians of the Stellar Matrix, a fractured ancient cosmic weapon. Under the leadership of Miki, Mayotte and Yu Lu, these heroes must overcome personal differences and chaotic friendships to face formidable galactic villains such as the revenge-driven Modeler and the ominous force known as The Supreme.
Ahead of the full series release, fans will get their first taste of the new universe with the premiere of “Miraculous World: Tokyo Stellar Force” later this year. This one-hour special event spans Paris and Tokyo, and features beloved characters Marinette and Kagami as they help unite a new generation of Tokyo-based heroes.
