This is the first Barbie movie to star Barbie's sister, Skipper. The film will focus on Skipper and her first profession.

When Skipper's babysitting starts to get a little heavy, she takes a summer job at a water park. She tries out different first jobs with her new friends and tries to avoid the wrath of her boss, Tammy. When a birthday party at the park goes wrong, Skipper's ability to babysit saves the day. The success boosts Skipper's faith in her babysitting business, and she and her new friends start a new babysitting group.
