Ghouls Rule put your favorite Monster High characters in scare-sational costumes to celebrate Halloween! We’re bringing it back in honor of SDCC with a sixth doll in the line – Lagoona Blue. She’s this year’s party-planning monster in charge, and she’s already got her outfit for the occasion: a gore-geous dress with pleated fins for sleeves, and screamium accessories inspired by angler fish and eel-like skeletons. She wears iridescent makeup and poses on a stormy stand featuring kraken tentacles.

The Ghouls Rule series features Monster High characters dressed up in fangtastic costume-inspired outfits to celebrate Halloween. This year at SDCC, we’re adding Lagoona to the lineup! She’s been chosen as the Halloween party planning committee chair, so she's decided to throw a masquerade at the Eerie Aquarium. There's no doubt it's going to be a dreadlightful bash!
