This year, we're in for a real music battle in the world of miniatures and mini toys! Two popular surprise ball brands – Miniverse by MGA and Mini Brands by Zuru – are gearing up to launch new collections featuring real vinyl mini-records! We already covered the MGA collection in our previous news post here —this article is all about the Mini Brands Vinyl collection.
Zuru has announced the launch of Mini Brands Really Works Vinyl, a groundbreaking collectible featuring the first-ever miniature record player that actually spins and plays real music.

The collection features 45 mini vinyl records to collect, including rare and super rare editions. The miniature records span multiple generations of music, from classic 80's anthems to the latest chart-topping hits. The lineup includes tracks from major artists such as Billie Eilish and The Beach Boys.
The playset includes a working, rechargeable mini record player that can store and display the collection.

The Mini Brands "Really Works" surprise ball contains 4 mini vinyl records and one music accessory. The record player is sold separately as part of the Playset SKU and comes with an exclusive mini vinyl of the track "APT." by Rosé ft. Bruno Mars.
The collection launches in retail in mid-May 2026.
