The designers think they are here to have fun and get a tan, but Project Rainbow has just begun! In this round they will have to take inspiration from the beautiful blue ocean to bring gorgeous runway outfits to life. While the leaders of the week, Monique and Michelle, are ready to get to work, it seems that some of our friends are having some difficulty coming up with new ideas. Will they be able to overcome the creative block before it's fashion show time?
